As a partner company with Pacific InterWest Building Consultants, PIWAIS draws on the extensive experience of the architects, inspectors, consultants, and industry experts within Pacific InterWest to execute a complete program for apartment owners from an initial evaluation through design and repairs, as well as compiling all data records to prepare for the next inspection cycle (six years for SB721 and nine years for SB326). PIWAIS’s mission is to assist property owners in navigating through the extensive logistical and procedural challenges of SB721 and SB326 to complete the inspection, reporting, design, and repair processes efficiently and effectively.
